Terms of Use
Effective October 24, 2026.
These terms cover Vibi Clips, the highlight video service at https://vibiclips.com, including the signed-in desk and the VibiClips iOS app that uses that service. By creating an account, uploading a clip, or buying a subscription or clip pack, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy, which explains what the service does with information.
These terms are between you and Peter Quintas, who operates Vibi Clips. In these terms "Vibi Clips", "we" and "us" mean that operator.
Who can use Vibi Clips
Vibi Clips is built for club volleyball athletes, their families, and coaches. You must be at least 18, or at least 13 with a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms for you. If the athlete on an account is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create or supervise the account.
You need an account to upload clips. You must give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
VibiClips Monthly subscription
VibiClips Monthly is an auto-renewing subscription. It costs $29 per month and includes 50 highlight clips each month. Unused monthly clips do not carry over to the next month. On the App Store, the price shown at checkout is the price in your country and currency, and it may differ from $29.
If you subscribe in the VibiClips iOS app:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the app or your Vibi Clips account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
- Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's terms, not by Vibi Clips.
If you subscribe on vibiclips.com, payment is handled by Stripe. The subscription renews each month until you cancel it. You can cancel from the Account page on the desk, and it ends at the end of the current period. Web purchases are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
Clip packs
While you have an active subscription, you can buy extra clips as one-time clip packs:
- 20 clips: $10
- 50 clips: $20
Clip packs are one-time purchases. They do not renew. Clips from a pack are added to your account's clip balance. Unused pack clips stay on your account if your subscription ends, and you can use them after you subscribe again. Deleting your account deletes them. In the iOS app, packs are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase; on the web, they are paid through Stripe.
App Store purchases and Apple's EULA
If you got the VibiClips iOS app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ applies to your use of the app, together with these terms.
Your clips and your rights
You keep ownership of the videos, photos, and text you upload. You must only upload footage that you filmed or have the right to use, and you must have permission from the people who appear in it to the extent the law and your club or school require.
To run the service, you give Vibi Clips permission to store, copy, analyze, edit, crop, brand, and display your uploads and the highlights made from them. That includes sending still frames and the athlete details you enter to the AI service providers described in the Privacy policy so the service can pick plays and plan a highlight. It also includes showing finished highlights, and the profile details listed in the Privacy policy, on your public profile page at vibiclips.com/ followed by your handle, where anyone can view them. This permission is only for running and improving Vibi Clips for you. It ends when you delete the clip or your account, except for copies other people already downloaded or shared. Backups of deleted content are removed within 30 days.
Footage of minors and athletes
Most clips on Vibi Clips show young athletes. When you upload or share a clip:
- Only upload game footage of the athlete on your account and the play around them. Do not upload footage that focuses on another child without their parent's or guardian's OK.
- Do not add or reveal another person's private details, such as a home address, phone number, school schedule, or email, in a clip, bio, or note.
- Public profile pages and finished highlights can be opened by anyone with the link, and clips can carry location tags from the camera, as explained in the Privacy policy.
- If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for the account you run for your athlete.
What you may not upload or do
You may not use Vibi Clips to upload, share, or link to:
- sexual content, or any content that sexualizes or exploits a minor;
- nudity, or footage filmed in locker rooms, changing areas, or bathrooms;
- harassment, bullying, threats, or hate directed at anyone;
- violence or dangerous acts that are not part of normal play;
- footage you do not have the right to use, including someone else's broadcast or copyrighted music, video, or logos you are not allowed to use;
- spam, impersonation, or misleading profiles;
- anything illegal.
You also may not try to get into other people's accounts, get around clip limits or payment, scrape or overload the service, or interfere with how it runs.
Reports and removal
Public profile and watch pages have a Report button. Reports are stored and reviewed by a person; content is not hidden automatically when it is reported. We may remove clips, profile content, or public pages, and may suspend or close accounts, that break these terms or put an athlete at risk. You can delete any of your own clips from the desk at any time.
If you do not have an account, for example a parent of an athlete who appears in someone else's clip, you can ask for removal by emailing peter@inqlabs.com.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account while signed in: in the VibiClips iOS app under Account, then Delete account, or on the Account page of the web desk. Deleting your account ends every sign-in session, removes the athlete profile and its public handle page, deletes that account's desk videos and profile photo from storage, cancels an active web (Stripe) subscription when one exists, and deletes the account record. It cannot be undone. It does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that in your Apple ID account settings. The Privacy policy describes what deletion removes.
Changes to the service and these terms
Vibi Clips is opening in small batches and is still changing. Features, clip allowances, and prices can change. If these terms change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page, and we will email users about material changes.
No guarantee; limits on liability
Vibi Clips is provided as is. Automated highlight picks, crops, and labels can be wrong, and we do not promise the service will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be heard in the courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
